BE A VOLUNTEER!

We are looking for rock star volunteers to help run our events. As a volunteer you'll meet lots of new people and help make a difference in the community!

Sound like fun? It is! Contact us to learn more. Below are some volunteer opportunities that are needed at most of our benefits.

Pre-Event Decorations/Set Up

  • Assist with setting up banners, wall decorations, balloons, etc.
  • Assist in setting up all necessary items for the event
  • Help in moving boxes, supplies, post signs, etc.
  • Possibly be willing to run a few local errands

Tickets & Registration

  • Check-in all Volunteers
  • Manage will call line
  • Sell tickets
  • Concierge responsibilities – filter questions
  • Stamp all guests hands

Greeters

  • Welcome guests as they arrive
  • Pass out programs
  • Thank guests for attending 

Auction Spotters/Escorts

  • Be actively watching for bidders and identify their location to the emcees
  • Help VIP’s call out there bids from the VIP section
  • Escort winning bidders to the check-out / picture area
  • Keep your eye on the winning bidder

 PowerPoint / Technical Team

  • Change slides in PowerPoint presentation during live auction
  • Ensure slide matches bachelor/ette on stage
  • Help with any technical issues and sound-check

Check Out & Pictures

  • Be in charge of checking out the winning bidders
  • Gain all the winning bidders personal and payment information
  • Get the winning bidder to sign the waivers provided
  • Make sure to give all winning bidders receipts for their charitable  donation
  • Take pictures of the winning bidder with the bachelor/ette for their scrapbook!
